PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
menoPARTY🎉 is a 6-month physician-supervised perimenopause and menopause hormone optimization program including: personalized physician care with Dr. Brittny Howell, Flexible Framework™ educational curriculum customized for hormone health, private kick-off visit with Dr. Brittny, biweekly virtual group visits with Dr. Brittny, daily group text coaching, weekly one-on-one text coaching with Dr. Brittny, prescription management for hormone replacement therapy (HRT/MHT) and GLP-1 microdosing, insurance assistance for labs and prescriptions, lab ordering and interpretation (hormone studies and metabolic panels), one body composition scan, FREE GLP-1 microdosing starter pack (1 mg FDA-regulated semaglutide), monthly expert coaching sessions (cooking, relationships, fashion), and on-demand education portal access for 6 months.
FEES AND PAYMENT
Program fee: $2,500 (payment in full) or $440/month for 6 months (payment plan). This fee is non-refundable once you have access to Program services.
Costs billed separately: Medications beyond the 1 mg GLP-1 starter pack (costs vary based on insurance coverage and pharmacy pricing; prices subject to change), lab testing costs, additional consultations beyond what's included in the program, and any medications not covered by insurance.
Program access ends after 6 months.
ELIGIBILITY
You must: be 35+ years old, attend required biweekly group visits, have a primary care physician for general health needs, provide complete medical information, and be approved by Dr. Brittny after medical evaluation. Purchase does not guarantee HRT or GLP-1 approval. We may refuse or terminate service for patients who don't meet requirements or if treatment becomes unsafe.
Important: Dr. Brittny will evaluate your medical history to determine if and what kind of HRT is appropriate for you.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Medical disclosure: Provide complete, accurate information about all medical conditions (past and current), all medications (prescription and over-the-counter, including vitamins and supplements), all allergies, family history of blood clots or cancer, and any health concerns at your kick-off visit. Withholding information is dangerous and will result in immediate termination without refund.
Compliance: Attend required biweekly group visits to maintain prescription authorization, take medications as prescribed, follow Dr. Brittny's instructions, report side effects immediately, and continue care with your primary care physician.
Account use: Keep login confidential, use materials for personal use only, don't share or distribute Program materials.
PRESCRIPTION AUTHORIZATION
Prescription refills require active participation in biweekly group visits. Missing group visits will delay or prevent prescription refills. Daily and weekly text coaching provides additional support but does not replace required group attendance.
MEDICAL DISCLAIMERS
Individual results vary - we don't guarantee specific outcomes. Hormone replacement therapy and GLP-1 medications carry potential risks and side effects that will be discussed during your consultation. This program doesn't replace primary care. Program materials are educational, not medical advice.
TERMINATION
We may terminate your access if you: provide false medical information, miss required biweekly group visits, fail to report concerning symptoms, share Program materials, engage in abusive behavior, or if Dr. Brittny determines treatment is unsafe. No refund upon termination.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Program materials are proprietary. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any materials without written permission.
PRIVACY
Your medical information is protected under HIPAA. We won't use your name, photos, or testimonials in marketing without your written consent.
LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages including health outcomes, medication side effects, or account issues. Our maximum liability is $2,500 (the Program fee). You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your violation of these Terms.
LEGAL
Connecticut law governs these Terms. Legal actions must be filed in Fairfield County, Connecticut. You agree to attempt informal resolution before filing legal action. These Terms, our Privacy Practices, and medical consent forms constitute the entire agreement. We may modify these Terms with notice. If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions stay in effect. You can't transfer your Program access.
